One Year Celebration of Service at Ridgeview Commons

One Nation Dream Makers extends our heartfelt thanks to Pleasanton Mayor Karla Brown, District 1 Supervisor David Haubert, District 1 Chief of Staff Shawn Wilson, and Sean Barcelon, President of Barcelon Properties Management Company. Your unwavering support and vision allowed us to launch the Prepared Meals Program and Farmers Market Distribution for the senior citizens of Ridgeview Commons one year ago this month.

This initiative has been nothing short of a dream come true. Through your leadership and dedication, we were able to step in and serve this senior community with healthy meals and fresh produce. This partnership has made a significant impact, improving the quality of life for so many who call Ridgeview Commons home.

As we look back on this incredible journey, we give all glory to God, who continues to guide and bless this mission. With faith and hope, we know the best is yet to come for this program and the community we serve.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this dream. Let’s continue working together, knowing that with teamwork and purpose, the possibilities are endless.
